Where Skills Are Forged: A Tour of Our Training Facilities

At Ashtar Trade Test & Technical Training Centre, we live by the motto: "Practice makes perfect." While theory is important, the heart of our institute beats in the workshops. This is where students transform into professionals. Let's take you inside our state-of-the-art facilities in Multan.

The Welding Bays: Mastery of Fire and Metal

Our welding workshop is one of the largest and best-equipped in the region. It features dedicated bays for different processes:

- SMAW (Arc) Stations: Where students learn the foundational skills of stick welding.
- GTAW (TIG) High-Precision Area: Equipped with modern machines for clean, Argon-shielded welding on stainless steel.
- GMAW (MIG) Production Simulation: Mimicking the fast-paced environment of industrial manufacturing.
- 6G Pipe Racks: Specialized fixtures designed to prepare pipe welders for the most difficult international certification tests.

The Mechanical & Pipe Fitting Yard

This area is a hub of activity for our Pipe Fitter and Mechanical Fitter students. Here, you will see:

- Isometric Drawing Tables: Where students plan their layouts before cutting metal.
- Precision Machinery: Lathes, grinders, and drilling machines used for fine-tuning mechanical components.
- Large-Scale Pipe Manifolds: Real-world setups where students practice rigging, aligning, and bolting complex piping systems.

Electrical & Solar Lab

Our Electrical lab is designed to simulate industrial power systems. It includes training boards for motor controls, high-voltage panel wiring, and modern solar UPS systems. Students learn to troubleshoot faults in a safe, controlled environment under the watchful eye of certified instructors.

Safety: Our First Priority

Walk into any Ashtar TTC workshop, and the first thing you'll notice is the discipline. Every student is required to wear full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). We believe that a professional welder or fitter is, above all, a safe one. Our HSE training is integrated into every practical session.

مکینیکل اور پائپ فٹنگ یارڈ

یہ علاقہ ہمارے پائپ فٹر اور مکینیکل فٹر کے طلباء کے لیے سرگرمیوں کا مرکز ہے۔ یہاں آپ دیکھیں گے:

- آئیسومیٹرک ڈرائنگ ٹیبلز: جہاں طلباء دھات کاٹنے سے پہلے اپنے لے آؤٹ کی منصوبہ بندی کرتے ہیں۔
- درست مشینری: لیتھ مشینیں، گرائنڈرز، اور ڈرلنگ مشینیں جو مکینیکل اجزاء کی تیاری میں استعمال ہوتی ہیں۔
- بڑے پیمانے پر پائپ مینی فولڈز: جہاں طلباء پیچیدہ پائپنگ سسٹم کو سیدھ میں لانے اور بولٹ کرنے کی مشق کرتے ہیں۔

الیکٹریکل اور سولر لیب

ہماری الیکٹریکل لیب صنعتی پاور سسٹمز کی نقل کے لیے ڈیزائن کی گئی ہے۔ اس میں موٹر کنٹرولز، ہائی وولٹیج پینل وائرنگ، اور جدید سولر یو پی ایس سسٹمز کے ٹریننگ بورڈز شامل ہیں۔ طلباء مصدقہ اساتذہ کی زیر نگرانی محفوظ ماحول میں خرابیوں کو دور کرنا سیکھتے ہیں۔

حفاظت: ہماری اولین ترجیح

اشتر ٹی ٹی سی کی کسی بھی ورکشاپ میں داخل ہوں، اور پہلی چیز جو آپ محسوس کریں گے وہ نظم و ضبط ہے۔ ہر طالب علم کے لیے مکمل پی پی ای (PPE) پہننا لازمی ہے۔ ہمارا ماننا ہے کہ ایک پیشہ ور کاریگر وہی ہے جو سب سے پہلے اپنی اور دوسروں کی حفاظت کا خیال رکھے۔ ہماری HSE تربیت ہر عملی سیشن کا حصہ ہے۔
